BAKED BEANS 
2 (1 lb.) pork in tomato sauce (4 c.)
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. instant coffee crystals
6 slices bacon, chopped
1/2 c. catsup

Empty 1 can of beans into 1 1/2 quart casserole; combine brown sugar, mustard an coffee. Sprinkle half of mixture over beans, top with other can of beans and sprinkle with remaining brown sugar mixture, the chopped bacon and the catsup. Bake uncovered in a slow (325 degree) oven for 2 1/2 hours. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
