CHICKEN & BROCCOLI 
6 chicken breasts
3/4 c. mayonnaise
20 oz. broccoli (frozen)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/4 lb. butter
6 oz. cornmeal bread stuffing

Cook breasts of chicken for 1/2 hour. Cool then cube.

Mix mayonnaise and chicken and put in casserole dish.

Mix broccoli and soup together and pour over chicken.

Melt butter, add stuffing and pour evenly over chicken.

Bake 1/2 hour on 350 degrees.
