ARTICHOKE MINI-BAGELS 
1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
1 small jar mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 bag baglettes (mini-bagels)

Mix artichoke hearts, mayonnaise and cheese together; blend well. Slice bagels down the middle and spread each half with artichoke mixture.

Bake at 350°F until slightly brown.
