VERMOUTH CHICKEN 
1 lg. fryer, cut up
1 stick butter
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
3 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. parsley, dried
1/2-3/4 c. dry Vermouth

Place chicken in an open roaster pan. Pour melted butter over chicken and sprinkle evenly with all seasonings. Bake for 3 hours at 300 degrees. One half hour before serving pour vermouth over chicken. Remove from roaster. Add 1/2 cup of milk to drippings and flour to make gravy.
