CHICKEN VERMOUTH | |
1 cut-up chicken 1 c. chopped celery 1 c. chopped onion 1 garlic clove 1 c. sliced carrots 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 c. cooking wine Cook covered until done. Pour over chicken. Cook 45 minutes in 375 degree oven. Remove chicken. Add 1/4 cup sour cream and serve over a bed of rice. |
