EASY CHEESY FUDGE 
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 sticks butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. cocoa
2 boxes powdered sugar

Melt the Velveeta cheese and butter together. Add the vanilla, cocoa, and powdered sugar; stir well. Put in buttered Pyrex dish until firm and cut into squares to serve. This recipe will remain good, if kept in the refrigerator, for up to 1 year. Guests will have no idea that there is cheese in it unless you tell them.
