1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed 1 lb. butter, cut into chunks 12 (1 oz.) sqs. semi-sweet chocolate 1 (2 lb.) bag powdered sugar, sifted 2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. nuts, if desired Line 13 x 9 inch pan with foil. Grease foil. Stir together cheese and butter in 2 quart saucepan over medium heat until melted. Add chocolate; stir until melted. Pour into large bowl. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat at medium speed until well blended. Pour into greased pan and chill 2 to 3 hours until set. Cut into squares. |
