1 lb. Velveeta cheese 1 lb. butter 1 tbsp. vanilla 4 lbs. powdered sugar 1 c. cocoa 1 c. nuts or sm. marshmallows Melt cheese and butter over low heat and blend. Sift sugar and cocoa together. Add cheese, butter and vanilla. Stir well. Add nuts or marshmallows. Pour into buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Refrigerate. Makes 6 1/2 pounds. |
