CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI AU GRATIN 
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped cooked chicken
1/2 c. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 box Stuff-A-Roni

Combine 1/2 cup cheese, chicken, broccoli, bread crumbs and egg; mix well. Cook Stuff-A-Roni according to package directions. Fill cooked Stuff-A-Roni. Arrange in baking dish.

Combine soup and milk and pour over Stuff-A-Roni. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes, covered.
