TURKEY OR CHICKEN AU GRATIN 
4 c. turkey, cubed
1 can chicken broth
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 tsp. crumbled thyme
1 c. sour cream

Make white sauce of butter, flour, and milk. Add broth and cheese. Simmer until cheese is melted. Add rest of ingredients and stir until smooth. Spread cooked noodles in a 9 x 13 inch pan (or in a 2 1/2 quart casserole). Pour cooked mixture over noodles. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
