HOT CHICKEN SALAD AU GRATIN 
2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. diced celery
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 c. sliced almonds
2/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. minced onion
1/2 lemon, juiced
3/4 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 c. crushed potato chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except cheese and chips. Place in a 9"x13" glass baking dish. Top with cheese and chips. Bake for 20 minutes or until mixture is heated well. Serves 8.
