AU GRATIN CHICKEN BAKE 
2 c. cooked chicken or turkey, chopped
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
4 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. pimento, chopped

Combine chicken, soup, chestnuts, spaghetti, half of the Cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, milk and pimento. Mix lightly. Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with remaining Cheddar cheese and additional Parmesan cheese; continue baking until Cheddar cheese melts. Yields: 6 to 8 servings.
