CHOCOLATE ECLAIR DESSERT 
2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
Graham crackers
Frosting

Mix the first 3 ingredients. Place a layer of graham cracker squares in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Then add some of the pudding mixture. Then another layer of graham crackers.

More pudding. Another layer of graham crackers. Then frost the top layer with dark chocolate icing (canned) or homemade. Refrigerate overnight. Store in refrigerator after cutting.
