STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
8-10 very lg. mushrooms
1/2 lb. lean ground round or turkey
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. chopped chives or green onionstsp. fresh parsley, chopped
Oregano and sweet basil to taste
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. sherry or white wine

Remove stems and chop mushrooms fairly fine. Brown meat. Remove from pan. Add butter to pan. Melt. Stir in flour and cut up stems; then add cooked meat and simmer around 2 minutes. Add chives, parsley, oregano and sweet basil. Stir until well blended; then add curry and wine. Brush caps with oil and fill with mixture. Place cup side up on well greased pan in 350 degree oven for about 15 minutes.
