COPPERSTOWN CHEESE BALL 
2 tbsp. lemon juice
10 oz. Cheddar cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. bleu cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. horseradish
4 drops Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 c. minced onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. dried parsley

Shred Cheddar cheese. Combine all ingredients and chill for 2 hours. Roll into ball. Cover with dried parsley. Can be frozen.
