CHRISTMAS CHEESE CAKE 
2 lbs. cream cheese
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. candied cherries (red and green), chopped
1/2 c. cream
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs

Butter springform pan. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Put cream cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla and cream in food processor. Process until smooth and well mixed. Add cherries and pulse until just mixed. Pour in prepared pan. Place in larger pan filled with water. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Turn down to 300 degrees and bake 2 hours. Turn off oven and leave in oven 1 hour. Take out and invert on plate. Chill before serving.
