MILKY WAY® CAKE | |
8 lg. MILKY WAY® bars 2 sticks butter 2 c. sugar 4 eggs 2 1/2 c. flour 1 c. buttermilk 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped walnuts Melt MILKY WAY® bars with 1 stick butter. Set aside and keep warm. In a mixing bowl, blend 1 stick butter with sugar and eggs, beating after each egg is added. Combine with flour, buttermilk, baking soda and vanilla. Add nuts. Bake in a greased and floured bundt pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove cake from pan and frost while still warm. FROSTING: 3 lg. MILKY WAY® bars, melted 3 tbsp. milk 1 c. confectioners' sugar Mix all ingredients and pour over warm cake. |
