CHINESE RICE 
2 c. UNCLE BEN'S® rice
3 tbsp. oil
2 or 3 sliced green onions
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can Campbell chicken broth
1 egg, beaten
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms

Simmer rice in broth, uncovered, for 25 minutes. Heat oil and drop in beaten egg. Remove from heat, add rice, onions and mushrooms. Blend in soy sauce.
