PITA PORK POCKETS 
1/4 c. soybean oil mayonnaise
2 tbsp. plain yogurt
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
1/4 tsp. caraway seeds
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. finely shredded cabbage
1/2 c. shredded carrots
4 oz. (1 c.) cold roasted pork, cut into julienne strips
2 pita bread rounds

In medium mixing bowl combine mayonnaise, yogurt, green onion, caraway seeds and dry mustard. Stir in cabbage, carrots and pork. Cut pita bread rounds in half. Fill bread just before serving with 1/2 cup of pork cabbage mixture. Makes 4 sandwiches.
