PEPPER RELISH 
6 red peppers
6 green peppers
6 med. onions

Wash and prepare. Grind in food chopper.

SECOND STEP:

Put in bowl, add 2 tablespoons salt. Let stand 2 hours, then drain overnight.

THIRD STEP:

2 pt. vinegar
2 pt. sugar
3 tsp. mixed pickling spice (tie up in clean white cloth)
