ORIENTAL RIBLETS 
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup dry sherry
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 lb. pork riblets, cut into individual ribs

In a large bowl, thoroughly blend first 6 ingredients. Add riblets and marinade to cover meat.

Marinate for 1 or 2 hours, turning occasionally.

Broil 5-inches from heat about 8 minutes per side or until tender and cooked through.

Serves 4.
