OVERNIGHT FRENCH TOAST 
1 loaf French bread, cut into 8 thick slices
5 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 (20 oz.) frozen whole strawberries, thawed
4 ripe, sliced bananas
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. apple pie spice
cinnamon sugar

Pour eggs, milk, baking powder and vanilla over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, combine the strawberries, bananas, sugar and apple pie spice. Put in greased baking dish and top with prepared bread. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

Bake in 450°F oven 20 to 25 minutes.
