STRAWBERRY PIE 
3 oz. cream cheese
2 baskets strawberries (1 1/2 of the strawberries mashed)
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch

Spread cream cheese over cooked pie shell. Boil together strawberries, sugar and cornstarch until thick. Save some of the big strawberries to put on top after pouring strawberry mixture into crust. Can be served with whipped cream.
