COLD YOGURT SOUP 
1 boiled egg, chopped
1/2 c. raisins
3 c. yogurt
1/2 c. light cream
6 ice cubes
1 cucumber, chopped fine
1/4 c. green onions, chopped fine
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. cold water
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 tbsp. fresh dills, chopped
Some chopped mint

Soak raisins in cold water for 5 minutes. Put yogurt in large mixing bowl. Add cream, egg, ice cubes, cucumber, onions, salt and pepper, drained raisins, cold water; mix well. Refrigerate at least 6 hours. Garnish with parsley, dill and mint. Serves 6-8.
