FRENCH MEAT PIE 
1 1/4 lbs. ground beef
3/4 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 med. potatoes, cooked/mashed
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 tsp. allspice
1 c. water
2 pie crusts
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine meat, seasonings and onions in pan with 1 cup water. Cook over medium heat for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in mashed potatoes.

Cool. Pour into pastry lined plate. Top with other crust. Dab crust with milk.

Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until done.
