SPAGHETTI PIE 
6 oz. spaghetti
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 well beaten eggs
1 c. cottage cheese
1 lb. beef or sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. green pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, grated

Cook spaghetti; drain. Stir in butter, Parmesan and eggs. Form mixture into a "crust" in buttered 10 inch pie plate. Spread cottage cheese over crust. Cook beef or sausage with onion and green pepper, drain. Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt. heat.

Turn into crust. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes in 350 degree oven. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over top. Bake until cheese melts.
