SPAGHETTI PIE 
6 oz. spaghetti
2 tbsp. butter
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. ground beef or Italian sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (7 1/2 oz.) tomatoes, cut up
1 tsp. sugar
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder or salt
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Cook spaghetti. Stir butter into hot spaghetti. Stir in beaten eggs and Parmesan cheese. Press spaghetti into 10-inch buttered pie plate; forms crust.

Cook ground beef or sausage, onion, green pepper until brown and tender. Drain fat. Stir in undrained tomatoes, paste, sugar, oregano and garlic. Heat through. Spread cottage cheese over top of spaghetti. Top with meat mixture.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake 5 minutes more.
