SPAGHETTI PIE 
6 oz. spaghetti
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. ground beef or pork sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion (optional)
1 jar Prego spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. sour cream or cottage cheese, drained
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions and drain. (You should have 3 1/4 cups of spaghetti.) Stir butter into hot spaghetti. Stir in eggs and Parmesan cheese. Press into buttered 10 inch deep dish pie plate or large 9x13 glass dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

2. In large skillet brown beef or sausage and onion. Drain well. Stir in spaghetti sauce and garlic salt. Heat through for 10 minutes.

3. Spread sour cream or cottage cheese over noodles. Top with meat mixture.
