3 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. oil
2 c. cold water

Sift dry ingredients into a bowl. Make 3 holes evenly spaced. Put the vinegar, vanilla and oil in each hole. Pour the water over all and mix thoroughly with spoon. Spread evenly in 9 x 11 inch pan and bake for 15-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
