BRAISED PORK CHOPS 
2 (4 oz.) lean pork chops
Salt & pepper to taste
Vegetable cooking spray
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. mushrooms
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tsp. soy sauce
Pinch ground ginger
2 tsp. lemon juice

Sprinkle meat lightly with salt and pepper. Spray a pan with Pam. Add chops and slowly begin heating. Brown chops on both sides. Remove the browned chops and cook onion and mushrooms in pan until onion is limp.

Place chops in a casserole and cover with onions and mushrooms. Combine remaining ingredients in a small cup. Mix well and pour over the chops. Cover and place in a preheated 350 degree oven and bake for 30-35 minutes.
