CHICKEN ALA ORANGE 
1/2 c. flour
Salt and pepper
Paprika
2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. sherry
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. butter
2 lg. onions, sliced
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 c. mushrooms
3 tsp. water
2 tsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. orange rind

Wash and dry chicken parts. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Roll pieces in flour. Line casserole; 9x13 pan. Dot with butter. Sprinkle onions, green peppers and mushrooms over meat.

In saucepan mix orange juice, sherry, brown sugar, salt and orange rind. Mix water and cornstarch. Stir into orange juice. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Pour over chicken. Bake 375 degrees 1 hour uncovered. Garnish with parsley and orange slices.
