LO - SALT, LO - FAT PIZZA | |
2 (12 inch) round pizza crusts (Tops) 1 1/2 blocks part skim milk Mozzarella (Tops) 2 1/2 links chicken or turkey Italian sausage (ground) 1 stick lo-salt pepperoni, sliced (Bells) 1 jar "salt to taste" Prego sauce 5/8 to 3/4 lb. mushrooms 1 med. Spanish onion 1 med. green pepper 1 can lg. black olives Canned hot or medium pepper rings Add 2 rounded teaspoons sugar and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder to the jar of sauce. Shake and let stand, shaking occasionally during the day. Pour 1/2 to 3/4 jar of sauce evenly between both crusts. Grate the cheese coarsely and spread evenly on both crusts. Put on pepperoni then Italian sausage. "Nuke" or cook mushrooms. Let cool and put on pizzas. Chop onion and green pepper and add. Slice olives; add, put on sliced hot or medium peppers. Spray cookie sheet with no-stick Mazola or Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Remove, slice in half, separate halves slightly, bake for approximately 10 more minutes. Pour a beer, slice pizza, enjoy! Bake other pizza while eating. |
