ITALIAN-STYLE VEGETABLES 
2 tbsp. salad oil
3/4 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, finely chopped
2 lg. zucchini, cut 1/4 inch
1 tsp. Italian seasoning or 1/4 tsp. each basil, thyme, oregano and marjoram
9 oz. pkg. frozen Italian green beans, thawed
14 oz. can Italian style tomatoes, drained and chopped
2 1/4 oz. can sliced ripe olives, drained

When Wok (or skillet) is hot, add oil. Add garlic, onion and zucchini; stir fry for about 2 minute. Add green beans and stir fry for about 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, Italian seasoning and olives; stir fry for about 1 minute or until heated through. Serves 4 to 6.
