FRITO SALAD 
1/2 head lettuce
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (8 oz.) can ranch style beans, chilled
1 tomato, diced
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 bottle Catalina dressing
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Fritos, crushed

Prepare lettuce as for tossed salad. Drain and wash chilled beans. Add beans, diced tomato, chopped onion, grated cheese, and dressing. Chill 30 to 60 minutes. Add crushed Fritos and mix well. Serve immediately.
