CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk (buttermilk)
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. peeled and grated zucchini
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. chocolate chips (optional)

Cream butter; add oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and milk, then beat. Add dry ingredients and zucchini. Pour into greased 9x12x2 inch pan. If using chocolate chips, put on top of cake. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 325 degrees.
