POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 lb. sliced potatoes
1 can mushroom soup
2 lg. sliced onions
Salt & pepper to taste
2 lb. ground meat
1 soup can water
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated

Brown meat, drain. Mix with water and soup. Layer meat, potatoes, onions and 1/2 of cheese in large baking pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until potatoes are done. Top with rest of cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted.
