WORKING LADY CASSEROLE 
5 med. potatoes
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 sm. can mixed vegetables, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Peel and slice potatoes then place in bottom of 4 quart baking dish. Brown meat; drain off grease. Place on top of potatoes. Place vegetables on top of meat then place soup on top of mixture. Bake until potatoes are tender. Bake at 350 degrees.
