HAMBURGER CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground meat 1 can cream of mushroom soup 5-7 med. size potatoes 1 pkg. Longhorn cheese, grated 1 stick butter Salt and pepper to taste In a skillet, brown hamburger meat. Salt and pepper to taste. To it, add a can of mushroom soup. In another pan, boil potatoes and prepare with butter, salt and pepper, and cream as mashed potatoes. Put meat mixture in a casserole bowl. Spread mashed potatoes on top and top with shredded cheese. Cook it in the oven or microwave until the cheese is melted. Serve with tossed salad. |
