HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
5-7 med. size potatoes
1 pkg. Longhorn cheese, grated
1 stick butter
Salt and pepper to taste

In a skillet, brown hamburger meat. Salt and pepper to taste. To it, add a can of mushroom soup. In another pan, boil potatoes and prepare with butter, salt and pepper, and cream as mashed potatoes. Put meat mixture in a casserole bowl. Spread mashed potatoes on top and top with shredded cheese. Cook it in the oven or microwave until the cheese is melted. Serve with tossed salad.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
