1 c. ground cinnamon
1 tbsp. allspice
1 tbsp. ground cloves
1 tbsp. nutmeg

Mix all together. Stir in 1 cup applesauce. This will make a stiff dough. Roll out dough on cookie sheet; sprinkle with cinnamon. Cut with cookie cutters. Use a pen and make a hole in the top for a ribbon hanger. Let dry overnight or until completely dry.
