CINNAMON ORNAMENTO 
3/4 c. ground cinnamon
1 tbsp. ground allspice
2 tbsp. ground cloves
1 tbsp. ground nutmeg
1 c. apple sauce
Cookie cutters

Combine cinnamon, allspice, cloves and nutmeg in a glass bowl. Add apple sauce; mix well. Mix will be stiff. Roll to 1/4 inch thickness on a flat stiff. Roll to 1/4 inch thickness on a flat surface. Cut into desired shapes with cookie cutters. Make holes, for hanging, with a straw. Let dry, uncovered, at room temperature for 4-5 days. Makes 25 small or 18 medium. Ornamento!
