APPLE RICE CRISP | |
2 c. cooked rice 2 c. sliced cooking apples 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 c. brown sugar 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 3/4 c. flour 6 tbsp. butter Combine rice, apples, lemon juice, 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon and salt in a buttered shallow baking dish. Mix flour and remaining sugar. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6. |
