DADDY'S FAVORITE RAISIN PIE 
2 c. raisins
3/4 c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar
2/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. nuts
9-inch unbaked pie crust

Simmer together raisins, water, vinegar, sugar and flour. Add nuts. Pour into pie crust.

Bake at 450°F for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 360°F for 25 minutes.
