CRANBERRY APPLE RAISIN PIE | |
Pastry for double crust 9" pie 1/4 c. raisins 2 c. peeled, sliced apples 1 c. cranberries 1 c. sugar 1/4 c. flour 1 tbsp. butter Combine apples, cranberries, raisins, sugar and flour; mix well. Spoon into pie shell. Dot with butter. Cover with top pie crust. Seal and flute. Bake at 400 degrees for 50-55 minutes. |
