GREEN CHILI AND CHEESE CUSTARD 
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
4 oz. can green chilies
1/2 c. flour
Dash pepper
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

In greased 1 1/2 quart casserole, mix cheese and chilies. Mix eggs, milk, flour, salt and pepper; pour over cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Makes 4 servings.
