CHEESE CUSTARD PUFF 
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
8 oz. cottage cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
6 tbsp. firm butter, cubed
1 lb. Jack cheese, cubed
3/4 c. cooked ham, cubed finely
1/8 tsp. salt

Beat eggs and add flour, baking powder. Then add milk. Beat until smooth. Then stir in remaining ingredients. Bake in greased shallow 2 quart baking dish for 45 minutes at 350 degrees or when knife inserted comes out clean. Serve 8. Makes a great brunch meal!
