OVEN PORCUPINES 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 c. water
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix hamburger, rice, 1/2 cup water, onion, salts, garlic and pepper. Shape mixture by rounded tablespoon into balls. Place in an ungreased baking dish (8 by 8 by 2). Stir remaining ingredients together. Pour over meat balls. Cover with foil, bake 45 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes. Can be made in a skillet and simmer 45 minutes.
