BANANA FRITTERS 
3 bananas
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated orange rind

1. Cut bananas into halves lengthwise and cut halves crosswise.

2. Sprinkle with sugar, lemon juice and orange rind. Cover let stand 30 minutes.

3. Dip bananas in plain fritter batter.

4. Fry deep hot fat 375 degrees about 3 minutes.

5. Drain on paper towel. Serve with lemon sauce.
