LEMON SQUARES 
1 c. butter
2 c. flour
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. lemon juice (rind)
1 tsp. baking powder

Using pastry blender, cut through the butter, flour and confectioners' sugar. Press into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, beat eggs, sugar, flour, lemon juice (+ rind) and baking powder. Pour over crust; sprinkle with more confectioners' sugar and continue baking for 25 minutes.
