BAKED GOULASH | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni or sm. shells 1 lb. hamburger 1 sm. onion 1 can tomato soup 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded sharp cheese 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Monterey shredded cheese Salt & pepper to taste 1/2 c. milk Cook macaroni as directed on package, drain. In skillet saute hamburger on chopped onion until the onion is transparent, pour in tomato soup, pour over cooked macaroni. Mix well. Layer in well buttered casserole dish. Layer of macaroni, layer of cheeses ending with cheese. Pour on top 1/2 cup milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. |
