HUNGARIAN PAPRIKA POTATOES 
8-10 potatoes
1 med. onion, minced
3 tbsp. butter
Salt, pepper & paprika
1 c. water
1 c. sour cream

Peel and dice the potatoes. In large skillet saute the onion in butter until onion is soft. Add potatoes, seasonings to taste and 1 cup water. Continue cooking until the potatoes are tender, adding a little more water if necessary. Add sour cream and gently shake skillet to distribute the cream. Remove from heat as soon as cream mixture is hot. 8 to 10 servings.
